CONTRACT LENGTH:
With brokers you are locked into a 6 or 12 month contract, with Matchmaker Business, Inc. we will continue sending you buyers and investors until your business sells. Regardless of whether it will be for 1 month or 2 years.

COSTS: 
We charge a flat fee only if we produce a buyer. Our fee is about half of what most brokers charge. If we don't produce a buyer we don't get paid!

NON-EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENTS:
Brokers will have you sign an EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. This means, that even if you sell your business to your own brother, you would still have to pay their 10% to 14% fee. With Matchmaker Business, Inc. no fee will be charged unless one of OUR buyer's purchases your business.
